Case Tourism

When the AI becomes the travel agent, who recommends you?

From Google ranking to a booking that happens right inside the chatbot.

Together with IFUB, we are building the infrastructure that lets hotels and hosts reach the next generation of guests: through the AI systems, bypassing the expensive portals.

The second upheaval

The second major upheaval in tourism is happening now.

You know the first one: the travel portals arrived, and a large share of bookings ran through external platforms, on commission.

The second is happening right now. Tomorrow's question is not how you rank on Google, but whether the AI recommends your hotel when a guest asks for exactly what you offer. Whoever still relies solely on classic SEO tomorrow loses the coming guests to the AI models.

The technology in detail: GEO, GAIO and MCP

The project bundles several web technologies into a ready-made infrastructure for hotels and hospitality:

  • Generative Engine Optimization (GEO/GAIO): We structure your data so that LLMs prefer your offers as a verified primary source. In the background, the technical files that carry this are created: llms.txt, markup files, Schema.org structures and an optimized robots.txt.
  • MCP infrastructure (Model Context Protocol): We build today’s software for tomorrow’s booking behaviour. Via MCP, AI agents communicate directly and securely with the internal systems of hotels and hosts. The guest searches, plans and books in the chatbot; our technology delivers the interface behind it. The MCP functionalities are planned from early 2027.
  • RAG-based real-time chatbots: Our chatbots pull their answers live from your current offer and market data via a Retrieval-Augmented Generation system, and know within seconds what to reply in order to secure the booking.

We are not building yet another hotel website. We are building the infrastructure through which your guests will find and book you a few years from now.

What a booking changes

Today the portal earns too. Tomorrow the guest books directly.

Think about the bookings coming in this week. Here is what the same stay looks like once the AI knows your property.

The booking today

  • Most of this week's bookings carry the name of a portal.
  • With each one a slice of margin walks away, for a guest who actually wanted you.

The booking of tomorrow

  • In the evening on the sofa, a family describes to its AI what it is looking for: two adults, two children, a short journey, a few quiet days.
  • The AI suggests your property, with the right room and dates, because your offers, availability and prices are cleanly stored.
  • The chatbot clears up the last questions, checks availability live and takes the booking. Nobody earns in between.
  • The next morning the booking is there, direct, with your name on it.
  • If someone asks for a quiet autumn weekend in your region, your property appears in the answer, with the qualities that matter then.

This is not some distant dream from a keynote. It is the direction in which booking behaviour is tipping. The only question is whether your business is already visible by then, or still waiting.

From first glance to direct booking

Three stages, until the booking happens directly.

The system guides hotels and hosts from an honest position assessment within the AI models all the way to a booking that comes about with no portal in between.

  1. The position assessment

A quick check for the hotel industry. In a few minutes, the system tests whether and how your property and your offers show up in the common AI chatbots (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) when someone searches for something that fits.

Result You know in black and white where you currently stand in the AI age. Sometimes that is uncomfortable. It is the point from which everything else starts.

  2. Visible in the AI answers

The platform builds demand landing pages in real time, tailored to a traveller's specific question, not to a vague target group, but to the wish behind the search.

Result Each of these pages meets the E-E-A-T criteria (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) that modern search systems use to anchor trust. The Real-Time Content Engine delivers the matching editorial and social media content along with it, and RAG-based chatbots advise your guests on the website around the clock.

  3. Guidance through the industry

The technology creates the reach. The operational fine-tuning and the industry knowledge come from people who know tourism from the inside.

Result Through the collaboration with IFUB (focus on family-run businesses in the hotel sector), genuine insider knowledge flows into every project. In guided consulting we bring the AI results into your daily operations, so that your dependence on expensive third-party platforms drops noticeably.
