Yes, that is exactly who it is for. Aporion is built just as much for the independently run single pharmacy as it is for groups and networks. Thanks to its modular setup, you start with the purchasing module and only add further modules such as GEO visibility or the OTC chatbot once you actually need them. You do not lock yourself into a corporate solution that misses the realities of your day-to-day work.
How does the forecasting work and where does the data come from?
The Predictive Inventory Engine fuses your internal historical sales data in real time with external variables such as weather, regional trends and news. The result is precise quantity and timing forecasts for purchasing, including aggregated generics and BASG queries. Complex ordering decisions are thus reduced to clear, well-founded real-time recommendations.
Does our pharmacy data stay protected?
Yes. Your pharmacy data remains your data and is used solely for the agreed purpose. We do not pass data to third parties and never share conditions, cost structures or metrics with competitors. The system runs on end-to-end encryption together with modern technical safeguards (TOMs).
How does Aporion handle GDPR and the EU AI Act?
Aporion is built around GDPR and the EU AI Act from the ground up: with risk classification, transparency obligations and human final oversight (human-in-the-loop) for the AI functions in use, so the professional decision stays with the pharmacy team.
